[Elecraft] [KX3] RTTY mode rocks!

I did not monitor PA temps, but the exchanges for the contest are pretty
short, so not much of a stress. Thanks for reminding me of that, I now
recall Wayne suggesting 5W max for continuous duty modes like RTTY and PSK.
