Sorry that the other replies misinterpreted your question.

I run an "old" RigBlaster Plus with my K2, and the RB should be jumpered
for Kenwood 8-pin round if your K2 is set correctly.  I don't have the
manual handy but it should be av available on line from the WestMountain
site.
