[Elecraft] K3: How to setup K3 with Signalink-USB ?

not sure if this is the 'fix' or not
but check out the Config menu
under CW Wght

it says:
Tap 4 to select VOX NOR (default) or AUTO OFF. The AUTO OFF setting
turns CW VOX off on power-up, avoiding accidental keying by attached PCs,
etc.
