NO.
I like to think I CAN operate a radio without IT telling me WHAT to do or
what I have done...:-)
It's a bit like some mic manufacturers telling you you can't have a locking
PTT switch because you may forget it's on.
Good grief, let us at least THINK we are in control of both the radio AND
our faculties.
