[Elecraft] K3 a few new user questions

Ray,

ERR PTT or ERR KEY iws just what it says, somehow the Key and/or the PTT 
has been closed when the K3 is powered on.  Check all your connections.  
If you can't find the key or footswitch, etc that is closed, then 
disconnect everything except the power cable from the K3 - in that 
minimal configuration, if you still have the problem, you have a K3 
internal problem, contact K3support at elecraft.com for further assistance.
