[Elecraft] International shipping costs

I'm happy with USPS but you pay the price!  Haven't used them for heavy 
items like this.
I have also used international mail which is fine *if it is delivered to 
a business address* where they automatically bill the VAT to their 
account, sign and deliver.  If it's to a private address, it can hold 
things up.
