[Elecraft] P3/SVGA 1920x1080 Resolution Beta Firmware

There is an option -- go to the SVGA monitor submenu of the P3 menu and you will find it
-- to adjust the relative brightness of the SVGA waterfall to the P3 one. That will fix
your problem!
