[Elecraft] P3 and CW signal not aligned perfectly

Perhaps coincidentally, yesterday my P3 was also off by 30 Hz based on the carrier frequency of BCB stations.  It had been dead-on since I calibrated it over a year ago.  Haven't had time to explore further, but will recalibrate if this persists.
