"R" is often used in place of a decimal point. I thought that was picked up
in the errata if not the manual itself. I'll check. But you are good to go

Is this the correct one.?

I bought a $49 dollar radio shack meter today that has a Cap measure
feature. Can I get accurate measurements with this? Does not seem like for
the couple I tried?
