[Elecraft] K3 and Heil Pro Set Plus

I have been given a Heil Pro Set Plus Headphone and want to be sure to plug
it in correctly at the back of the K3 and set the configuration correctly in
the radio.  The Pro set has two cables, one, a 1/8 inch mono plug and a 1/8
inch stereo plug.  Where do each of these go?  The K3 is set up with a
signalink that uses the line in and line out, I have a radio shack Y-adapter
plugged into the spkrs port for stereo speakers. Do I place the Heil stereo
plug into the "Phones' and the mono plug into the mic/mono?  What would be
the proper configuration setting for being able to listen to the external
speakers, and/or headset without making any changes?
