[Elecraft] K3/KPA500/KAT500 Help

I wanted to say to reinstall the firmwear with the Elecraft utility. But it seems like there must be more to the story like you moved the radio back a little on the shelf or some such. This really sounds more like a connector on the interconnecting cable coming loose, etc.
