[Elecraft] K3 HRD Ver 6

Additional support for the K3 will not appear until the 6.X version due next
year.  This goes for other radios too.  They follow my axiom of "make it
work, then make it pretty".  For now, it works (v6 too) and since they've
been given a K3 to improve the HRD interface, I expect great things.

PS The upgrade went very smoothly, but I had extra copies of the log, just
in case.
