[Elecraft] missed market

One point to remember is that having a radio that puts out 4 watts on 11
meters doesn't make that radio legal to transmit there.  It must be type
accepted by the FCC to be legal.   The FCC seems to view CB operators as
the intellectual equivalent of a drooling dog hanging its head out a car
window but if a ham is caught with a non-type accepted radio on that band,
his/her license will be gone in a flash.
