[Elecraft] Is it possible to generate 1750Hz tone on HF with the K3 ?

Touch-tones are DTMF (dual-tone multi-frequency). CTCSS is Continuous
Tone-Coded Squelch System. They're quite different animals ;)

Audacity as a tone-generator function. I'd try that first.....
