[Elecraft] KX3 FW Rev. 1.3!

*I see where there is a Beta KX3 Firmware Rev 1.3 on the Elecraft home
page.  But when I follow the "rabbit Track" to the firmware page to
download & install Version 1.3, all I see is Version 1.28.  What am I
missing here?*
