[Elecraft] [K3] RX input safe limit?

Since getting my KPA500 working on 80m I find my COR on the RX input
chattering which obviously not desireable and needs fixing.

I'm looking at the ArraySolutions front end protector which limits input to
one milliwatt.

Is this sufficiently low?
