[Elecraft] [K3]Noise Filter (NF) ADJ

When you HOLD the NF button you get an adjustment feature which changes the
properties of the NF with a cryptic nomenclature, e.g.
F1-1
F1-2

Is there some meaning that can be assigned to these two digit codes?  The
first digit appears to be in the range [1..8] and the second digit appears
to be in the range [1..4]
