[Elecraft] feedback in K3

Boost at the low frequencies is not only wasteful of transmit power, it
will almost certainly guarantee feedback due to the closeness of the
headphones and microphone.  Since there is no audio power in the 50 Hz
range, set band 1 to -6 or less and band 2 to no more than +3.  I would
also move the "articulation peak" (high frequency) down to band 7 where
it will do some good.

Get rid of the absurd amount of low frequency "boost" - your feedback
problems will go away and your audio will sound better.
