[Elecraft] k1 speaker output wimpy

Andrew,

That is true for the standard speaker, but with the KBT1, the speaker is 
changed to a smaller one that has no mounting screws, it just sits with 
its magnet settled into the hole in the battery bracket - it needs to 
have a foam washer around its magnet to kee3p it from creating "rattlie" 
noises.
