[Elecraft] Two Different Owner's Manuals, but with Same Version Info?

They both contain the same text and diagrams.  The 10 MB file has high 
resolution diagrams and pictures.
Some like to have the larger files, but my preference is for the smaller 
one - it loads faster into Adobe Reader.
