[Elecraft] Two Different Owner's Manuals, but with Same Version Info?

The posted "preliminary" KX3 manual files are 10MB and 2MB, respectively, and
both are listed as "Rev A3," issued on 3/25.  Is this an error?  Are they
not two different revisions?  Which is the latest?  Thanks.
