I thought I understood this.

Pwr=PerBand
KPA500=Stby
K3 Pwr set to 100W
Hit key, get 100W from K3

KP500=Operate
K3 Pwr set to 32W
Hit key, get 500W from amp

Now,
KPA500=Standby
Hit key, get 32W from K3

I've never found a technology I couldn't screw up, I seem to be 
maintaining my record.  Any help?
