Mike, the ALC depends on the audio going from computer to K3, not the other
way.

Temporarily unplug the cable going into the computer's speaker-out jack and
transmit something. Make sure there is audio coming out (unmute speakers if
they are muted) and turn up speaker-out audio to about 80.
