[Elecraft] Weak Signal Propagation Reporter WSPR software (need help with it)

Gents

Would someone who is using the WSPR software share how they have the 
setup configured for the K3.

I can not get it to go to TX.  I have something wrong with either the 
CAT or PTT settings.

For some reason I can not get it to work right.   I tried to copy 
setting from HRD but no dice with this software.
