[Elecraft] Elecraft responses...

While it may not be the case that every complaint to Elecraft  turns 
around instantly with 100% satisfaction, consider that you might be 
dealing with a US company similar to the one from which I yesterday 
received the following response regarding a defective product: "Nothing 
ships from here in a damaged state." This "the customer is always wrong" 
response is a far cry from the interactive responses that I have had 
from Elecraft.
