[Elecraft] Diversity RX and Speaker settings

I get that there is still a benefit on fading, but the spreading of
noise and fixing of discrete signals that goes on with no channel
mixing except in the brain has no parallel for working signals in the
noise. With true diversity in separated fading, the signal "walks"
from one side to the other WITHOUT losing the noise-busting advantage
of true diversity.
