[Elecraft] K2 s/n7006 is now a K2/100

KPA100 is done, and everything checked out.   I made a couple of
contacts on 40m SSB.  It was nice to see that power meter needle swing
up towards 100W as I was talking.  

Thanks again to Richard AD7FZ @ Elecraft for getting the replacement
parts I needed.
