[Elecraft] K2 Display problem during CALFIL

  George,

Intermittent operation like that would suggest something is loose.  The 
most likely place is at the housing for the counter probe.  Many 
builders have trouble inserting the crimp pins into the housing and end 
up distorting the pins so the good contact becomes quite "iffy".
