[Elecraft] K3 & P3 Beta Firmware Release: "Fixed-Tune" mode for the P3

I downloaded the K3 beta, and unzipped it, then pointed the K3 utility (V 1.3.10.15) 
at that folder.

The utility showed the same version of the FPF as was already loaded, and the 
checkbox was blank for that item. I clicked on "Send checked items to K3", and  it 
loaded the MCU, FPF, and DSP1.

No harm, no foul, but should it have loaded FPF 1.14 over FPF 1.14?
