[Elecraft] spectrogram

Before you do, I would suspect Norton. I work in IT and one of the things I have been dealing with is Norton reporting that very "virus" incorrectly on many, many executables. Upgrading Norton Anti Virus" to "Semenatec Endpoint Protection" on our servers fixed all this false reportings of the below "trojan".
