Good Evening,
Conditions on both bands were better this week. Noise was still high
on 40 meters but that is normal. There was more QSB there too. We did
get a chance to hear what the KPA500 could do when Oliver checked in from
Hawaii on both nets. His temperature report sounded way out of step with
the rest of ours' except from Texas. They reported 70 degree
temperature. I think spring may be coming back.

Hopefully all of the above information is OK. If not email me with
your corrections. Once again I was splitting wood so my hands were not
happy with me. But I need to take advantages of lulls in the storms to
make that chore easier. Splitting wood in the rain is not fun. Luckily
it has been a very mild year so my very large wood pile is mostly intact.
That means less work for next year :)
Until next week stay well,
73,
Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class)
