[Elecraft] Have orders filled up yet? Is there a cap?

Eric,

I am still planning to order but deciding on features I want. If I order in next day or two when can I expect shipment now. Also the real clincher is the possible remote access to the K3. That is epic news.

Do you have an idea when the 100W amp will come out and it's price.
