[Elecraft] Have orders filled up yet? Is there a cap?

We are definitely still taking orders There is no order limit.  :-)

We have received a huge number of orders and are adjusting our 
production plans accordingly. The orders are still coming in at a good clip.

In general, we ship in order of the date/time each order is received.
