[Elecraft] SMH command behavior

Hi Nate,
This is a side-effect of the current SMH command implementation.
Removing the side effect is on my list. But SMH is functioning well
with "S-meter Lite," the original target application. I'm hoping that
for now, you can tame it for your application.
