[Elecraft] question about K3 memories and VFO B

The only reason I would not set CONFIG:VFO IND=YES is that I would be concerned
about transmitting on another band without knowing it when I was using split.

If you had the KRX3, then you might be spared from transmitting on another band
without knowing it when using split.
