[Elecraft] K3 - NO SSB RX (Reprise)

The below was posted last July. I just experienced the same problem
(for no apparent reson)
that Bruce discribed, only my problem affected LSB only.  I tried
disabling and then
reenabling FL1 in LSB using the K3 utility -- no help. I did not do a
reset; the RESTORE
