[Elecraft] Need to shift 8 pole 2.1 filter?

There is a way to adjust DSP Filters using Hi/Lo in Trx-Manger. In the
levels screen for the K3 (button below the Preamp in the main monitoring
screen) there is a window that will display a button which switches between
Shift/Width and Low/Hi. That allows Trx Manger to adjust the K3's Filters
using Hi/Lo instead of Shift/Width.
