[Elecraft] Need to shift 8 pole 2.1 filter?

  Yes, I see it - read and weep if your needs are not present in that 
set of commands that are provided for your transceiver.  He is not very 
specific about it.

For those who overlooked it, this is the bothersome quote for me:
