In case anyone besides me wondered why the -33 dBm level was added, there's
an advanced RF gain calibration in the K3 Utility which uses -33 dBm (in
addition to -73 dBm) for even better linearity of the RF Gain (RX) control. 
More details should follow when Dick K6KR returns from Visalia and updates
the K3 Utility.
