Looks like the Elecraft pipeline of equipment runs over..just noticed, not a kit.  
From www.elecraft.com : "1.5-1400 MHz; 1.5-200 MHz calibrated output level. 12 frequency memories, computer controllable, -107, -73, -33 and 0 dBm output levels. 4.3 x 2.5 x 0.8"
