[Elecraft] High Power ATU's suitable for the new AMP~

KAT500 will handle 500w at large SWRs up through 6M.  It looks likely it 
will even handle 3:1 at 1500W.

It also will seamlessly integrate with the K3 and KPA500, plus work with 
other rigs.
