. . . and can't figure out where on the mfr's site there is info on how to
turn off the ATI RADEON 4800 opt-in splash screen.

It appears every time I bootstrap my DELL STUDIO XPS, despite my having
checked the "Don't display again" box every boot up for months.

Any help out there, pls?
