[Elecraft] K60XV Low Power Issue

  Mark,

Do you have the KAT2 installed in that K2?  And if so, did you change 
the KAT2 R6 to 470 ohms as mentioned in the manual - the K60XV kit 
includes the 470 ohm resistor.
