[Elecraft] [K2] Multicore Solder

Hy to all, i'm beginning my work on K2 6995 kit and i read all the notes about 
the solder to use. I have two types of Multicore solder but i'm note sure if one 
of this could be the right one. I want to be maniacally precise and sharp in 
working with my K2 kit. Tnx for help.
