The P3 forces the K3 to 38,400 bps whenever it is turned on.
You set the baud rate for the P3 <-> computer (including the
microKEYER) link using the "RS-232" menu item in the P3.

Tap the P3 MENU button
rotate the encoder until RS232 item is displayed
tap the select knob
rotate the encoder counter clockwise until 4,800 is displayed
tap the select knob to select 4800

The alternative is to adjust microKEYER and your logging software
to operate at 38,400 bps.
