Ken,
If you were receiving him OK, your sideband selection was correct.
However, you said you were using FSK D data mode. The polarity of your
transmitted signal depends not only on the sideband you have selected,
but also depends on the setting of CONFIG: FSK POL. If you have that
parameter set to "0", the transmit signal will be inverted.
The setting of CW rev is independent of DATA mode settings.
