[Elecraft] K2 VCO control voltage range

  The variation on range is controlled by the varactors.  D21 through 
D26.  Make certain you have the smaller 1SSV149 varactors at D21 and D22 
and the larger ones at D23 - D26.

Check the soldering for those varactors and R30, R31, R32 and R33.
