[Elecraft] K3 - FW Version 4.12/CONFIG:TX DVR Ind setting

Just went through your setup. I have 4.12.

Doing a MON hold with TX DVR set to IND brings up MON tone which
behaves normally.  HOWEVER, doing a HOLD MON again changes nothing.  A
*tap* on CMP/PWR/MON turns off the monitor tone, and returns the
display to normal.  If I reset TX DVR to nor, and repeat, a HOLD *or*
a tap turns off  the monitor tone and returns the display to normal.

Taken together with Fred's observation, this may indicate an
unintended interaction.
