[Elecraft] K3 "REV" button and P3 center frequency freeze

I get something similar here. The problem only happens after pressing 
REV. If you then press A/B the P3 stays on the VFO A frequency.  The P3 
is not actually frozen, but it won't show VFO B until it is powered down 
and then up.

(K3 Firmware 4.12;  P3 Firmware 00.38)
