[Elecraft] K3 cable w/ARI500/ALS1300

Greetings all,
        I do not yet have a K3 but monitor the list.
I'm trying to help Dale N3BNA, who is currently operating from CX6VM.
He is trying to get the ARI500/ALS1300 to work with the K3. It required making a cable with numerous resistors, and currently it is not working except for 15m. 

Is anyone currently using this combination, K3  / ARI500/ ALS1300? If so, was there a commercially made cable that you acquired that allows it to work with the K3? If so, where?
The ARI500 is the Ameritron interface which picks up the band data info and auto-changes the amp.
